From Artwork to Plush Pattern

We don’t sell generic retail templates. Our team engineers professional, scalable plush pattern designs specifically for brands, IP holders, independent toy designers, and e-commerce sellers looking to manufacture high-quality goods at scale.

Sketches & Drawings:

Got a loose pencil sketch, a crayon drawing, or a child’s doodle? We analyze the geometry and break down the lines into an initial, buildable fabric layout while keeping that raw, organic charm.

Mascots & Brand Logos:

Corporate mascots and school characters need strict accuracy. We keep your brand color boundaries sharp and ensure the character’s signature look translates perfectly into fabric.

Anime & IP Characters:

Complex hair layers, specific face shapes, and custom clothing. We tackle detailed paneling (including 10cm/20cm Cotton Dolls) to make sure your IP looks right from every angle.

Specialty Plush:

Large display pieces that won’t sag, rugged pet chew toys with reinforced seams, and flat travel pillows or mini keychains optimized for tiny spaces.

What We Consider in Stuffed Animal Pattern Making

  • Head & Face Alignment: The head determines the soul of the plushie. We control the exact circumference and facial curves so the embroidery and eyes land exactly where they belong.
  • Proportion & Posture: Whether your toy sits, stands, lies down, or stays floppy, the body panels must balance out perfectly so it doesn’t tip over or look awkwardly distorted.
  • Fabric & Cotton Expansion: Different fabrics have different stretch, thickness, and grain direction. We calculate exactly how much the cotton stuffing will expand so the final toy never distorts the pattern.
  • Production Readiness: A great prototype is useless if a worker can’t sew it efficiently. Every pattern piece we finalize comes with precise seam allowances, notches, and clear line numbers for the factory floor.

How Our Pattern Making Process Works

1.Artwork Review:

You send over the sketch, rough dimensions, and target goals. We run a technical check to see how to translate it into fabric.

2.Structure Plotting:

Our master pattern makers plot out the 3D geometry, figuring out exactly where the seams should run to preserve the character’s look.

3.Alpha Pattern Drafting:

We draft the initial layout pieces and cut the baseline fabric panels for a real-world test run.

4.Prototype Assembly:

We sew the physical prototype so you can actually hold it, test the feel, and see the dimension in real life—not just on a screen.

5.Refinement:

Based on your feedback, we tweak the lines—tightening a curve here, moving an eye there, or adjusting the body fullness.

6. Production Grading:

Once approved, we grade the final pieces with definitive seam allowances, shrinkage margins, and bulk-ready markings.
