Stage 1: Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Our QC starts at the fiber level. We verify that fabric density (GSM) and pile height match your approved sample.
- Color Accuracy: We use standardized light boxes to ensure color consistency under D65 lighting.
- Chemical Safety: We only source OEKO-TEX® certified and AZO-free fabrics, ensuring all materials are safe for all ages.
Stage 2: In-Process Quality Audit (IPQC)
Once the laser cutting and embroidery are complete, our team performs on-site sampling.
- Detail Verification: We evaluate stitch density and embroidery precision against your original Tech Pack.
- Stuffing Consistency: We monitor the weight and distribution of premium PP cotton or GRS-certified recycled fill to ensure uniform feel across the entire batch.
Stage 3: Physical & Safety Testing
Before final assembly, Yaokatoy toys undergo rigorous physical stress tests.
- 90N Pull Test: We perform mechanical tension tests on eyes, joints, and accessories to ensure they exceed ASTM F963 and EN71 safety requirements.
- Needle Detection: Every unit passes through a conveyor-type high-sensitivity metal detector to ensure absolute safety for end consumers.
Stage 4:Final AQL Inspection & Shipment Readiness
Before sealing the cartons, our QC lead executes a final audit based on AQL 2.5 standards.
- Durability Check: We perform carton drop tests from various heights to simulate international shipping conditions.
- Packaging Compliance: We ensure all polybags feature required air holes and child safety warnings according to target market regulations (US/EU).
