Quality is our top priority at the Plushtoy Factory Team. All of our custom plush toys are quality crafted with special attention to detail. Our determination does not let us to compromise on any point. Here is how we maintain our standards:
We Always Verify Materials for Perfection
Our quality control starts before production. We verify that the fabric’s colors & density match the approved samples. Colorfastness testing ensures that no fabric fades or bleeds during use. We also make sure there is no unpleasant smell, ensuring each custom plushes toy is safe and ready for production.
Stage 1: We Perform Production Checks
Once production begins, our team conducts full and sampling inspections. At this stage, we evaluate the embroidery and print quality of your design. We pay attention to the skin of the unstuffed animal toy quality and stuffing weight, to ensure they will all be the same. The sales team confirms the label and carton information to ensure everything is on track.
Stage 2: Next, We Conduct Detailed Inspections
At this stage, our team begins hand sewing, fur combing, and cleaning. We also conduct stretch testing to ensure the toys’ durability. We take samples from the mass production for safety testing by 3rd party. Additionally, we carry out essential metal detection to eliminate any safety risks before the toys are packed.
Stage 3: Then, We Perform Final AQL Inspections
Before packing, our QC leader arranges the final AQL 2.5 standard inspection. If any toy fails, it is sent back for rework and re-inspection. Only once it passes do we move to final packing. We then perform a carton drop testing to ensure durability during shipment, with all OPP bags featuring air holes and warning words.
