Step 1: Let’s Begin Your Plush Toy Journey
The journey begins with you! Just contact us with your ideas for your custom soft toy. Let us know about the custom plushies that you are imagining—whether it’s a cow plush toy, a unicorn plush soft toy, or a panda plush toy. If there’s a specific size, quantity or special feature you’re looking for (like custom embroidery or a voice module), let us know. You will receive a detailed quote within one business day. Our prices are all inclusive, covering design, materials, production and delivery charges.
Step 2: Turning Your Idea into a Prototype
If you are pleased with the quote, we will start work on your first sample. The expert artisans at custom plush toy makers will create a prototype according to your criteria, usually, within 7-10 working days. We will send clear and detailed images for you to approve and provide 1-2 revisions to make sure you love it. After you confirm the sample, we will get the mass production started and send you the sample via express air shipment, which will take 3-4 days.
Step 3: Crafting Your Custom Plush Toys
After the final sample is approved, we start producing custom plush toys. We will start purchasing fabric, cutting and sewing. Our expert team does quality testing on all plush stuffed animal toys to ensure they meet the highest standards possible. We’ll keep you informed with photo and video updates throughout our production process as well.
Step 4: Ready for Shipping – Packaging & Delivery
When the production is completed, your bulk customized stuffed toys will be packed and tested according to AQL2.5 standards. Upon successful quality and content checks our logistics partner will bring the package to your delivery address. There are two shipping options available: ocean and air. Delivery time is between 10-12 days by air and 35-40 days by ocean, depending on your location.
Step 5: Final Touches – Shipment & Payment
When your plush stuffed toy’s production is completed, we will settle the payment. If you don’t have a shipping agent in China then we can do everything for you, including customs clearance. We will ship and track your custom wholesale plush order until it is delivered to you.
