1. Consultation & Tech Pack Development

We don’t just quote; we consult. We review your artwork to develop a detailed Tech Pack, specifying fabric GSM, Pantone colors, and safety requirements. You receive a transparent quote covering FOB/DDP costs within 24 hours.

2. Prototyping & Master Pattern Creation

Our master artisans hand-craft a prototype using your specified materials. We provide a 3D digital render first, followed by a physical sample. Fabric swatches are available for your touch-test before mass production begins.

3. IQC & Precision Laser Cutting

Upon sample approval, our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team inspects fabrics for OEKO-TEX® compliance. We then use automated laser cutting systems to ensure every piece matches the master pattern with zero deviation.

4. Advanced Embroidery & Assembly

Using high-density embroidery machines, we bring your character’s expressions to life. Our seamstresses follow strict stitches-per-inch (SPI) standards to ensure durable seams that withstand heavy use in retail or promotional environments.

5. Calibrated Stuffing & Weight Control

Consistency is key. We use digital weighing to ensure every toy has the exact same density. We offer GRS-certified recycled fills for brands prioritizing sustainability (ESG goals).

6. Safety Mandates & Metal Detection

Safety is our non-negotiable line. Every finished toy undergoes:

Mechanical Tension Tests: Ensuring eyes and small parts exceed 9kg (90N) pull-tests.
Needle Detection: Passing through a conveyor-type high-sensitivity metal detector to eliminate any accidental fragments.

7. AQL 2.5 Final Audit & Global Logistics

Our QC lead performs a final batch audit based on AQL 2.5 standards. We handle all export documentation, including CPC (US) and Declaration of Conformity (EU), ensuring a smooth customs process for your brand.
